Iron Within Operations LLC stands behind the work. If an engagement is not the right fit, we make it easy to step away. This policy applies to every service sold on ironwithinoperations.com.
14-Day No-Questions Refund — One-Time Engagements
Any one-time engagement — a performance audit, a single multi-week sprint paid up front, a standalone training plan — is covered by a 14-day no-questions refund window from the date of purchase.
- Email support@ironwithinoperations.com inside 14 days of your purchase from the email used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly that you would like a refund. We will not require a reason.
- The refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
If you have already received deliverables (for example, a written audit report) during the 14-day window, you agree not to continue using those deliverables after the refund is issued.
Retainer Engagements — Cancel Anytime, Prorated
Accountability retainers are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, no notice period required.
- Email support@ironwithinoperations.com from your account email.
- Your retainer ends at the end of the current week of service, and we refund the unused weeks remaining in the current month on a prorated basis.
- Example: if you cancel in week 2 of a 4-week monthly cycle, we refund 2 weeks of the current month's fee.
- The refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
- Sessions already delivered in the current month are not refunded.
Multi-Week Sprints — Refund by % Delivered
Multi-week sprints (for example, a 4-week, 8-week, or 12-week defined program paid up front) are refunded based on the percentage of the program delivered at the time of the refund request.
- Refund = total paid × (1 − % of program delivered).
- Example on a 4-week sprint at $2,000: cancel after week 1 → 25% delivered → 75% refund ($1,500).
- Example on an 8-week sprint at $4,000: cancel after week 4 → 50% delivered → 50% refund ($2,000).
- "Delivered" means the planned sessions and deliverables for the elapsed weeks were available to you, whether or not you attended.
- Inside the first 14 days of a sprint, the 14-day no-questions refund applies and overrides the % rule — you receive a full refund.
AI Scoping Chat and Discovery Calls — Free
The AI scoping chat on the site and the discovery call before a paid engagement are free. There is no charge and no refund needed.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@ironwithinoperations.com from the email used at purchase.
- In the subject line, write "Refund request — [your name]" so we route it quickly.
- Tell us briefly which engagement you are referring to.
- We confirm receipt within 1 business day and issue the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
If you paid through Stripe, the refund will appear on the original card. Depending on your bank, it can take additional time to post — typically 5 to 10 business days from when Stripe issues the refund.
Before You Chargeback — Please Talk to Us First
If something feels off about an engagement, please email support@ironwithinoperations.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve every reasonable refund request directly and quickly. A chargeback adds delay, fees, and dispute paperwork on both sides — a direct email gets you the refund faster.
If you have already filed a chargeback and want to resolve it directly, email us and we will work with you and Stripe to close the dispute and issue the refund through the original channel.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund in narrow cases:
- The request comes more than 14 days after a one-time engagement was purchased and the engagement has been fully delivered.
- The deliverables have been republished, resold, or shared with third parties in violation of our Terms of Service.
- The account is associated with abusive conduct toward the founder.
These cases are rare. The default is: we issue the refund.
